CE Strategy Webinars

The North American Conservation Education Strategy is proud to offer a series of free, interactive webinars to discuss the many resources available to agencies and other partners.

Webinars begin at 2 pm EST and last approximately 60-90 minutes depending on the topic. All webinars will be recorded and available for later viewing (on AFWA’s Vimeo channel). To receive notices about upcoming webinars, email lmaclean@fishwildlife.org.

Blazing Natural Pathways: An Update of the North American Conservation Education Strategy
The CE Strategy just received a two-year, multistate grant to help state agencies and partners understand and blaze natural pathways from outdoor initiation to recruitment using experience- and skills-building models in community settings.

It’s an exciting opportunity for the CE Strategy to bridge the work that we’ve accomplished in the formal K-12 education sector to non-formal, wildlife-related recreation programs that offer progressive outdoor activities and experiences. We’re also expanding our partnerships and developing a “Kindling” program to fuel a number of natural pathways models. We can’t wait to tell you about our progress and our direction, including how YOU are an important part of it!
